FAQ
Are your product sugar and dairy free?
- Yes! We do not add sugar, however our lavender tea blend contains pitaya which is a dragon fruit powder that is known to be naturally sweet. Each serving contains 2.5 g of natural sugar. Our products are also free from creamer fillers such as dairy milk, coconut powder or other dairy alternative powders(soy, oat, etc.). We believe in giving our customers the option to add their own milk of their choice. You can also enjoy our tea powders without adding milk as a hot or cold iced tea.
Does your powder produce any sediment?
- Our ingredients are all 100% natural with no artificial or questionable fillers that other brands use. Because of this, you may get some sediment sitting at the bottom but don't worry it's 100% consumable! The Chai and Lavender tea sediment eventually sits at the bottom. We strongly recommend whisking the tea up first with water and a matcha whisk to experience a delicious frothy taste. You can watch our video tutorial here.
How much caffeine do your products have?
- Our Chai Latte Blend Mix Powder has the highest form of caffeine per serving, about 78 mg per serving compared to 100 mg of caffeine in a cup of coffee. Our Green Matcha Powder Blend contains 60 mg of caffeine and our Lavender blend contains 55 mg of caffeine per serving. The difference between our teas and coffee is that caffeine from tea won't leave you feeling jittery. Tea provides a calm, yet alert experience from the amino acid called L-theanine, which increases the production of alpha waves in the brain. L-theanine, in combination with caffeine, improves brain function. According to the National Institute of Health, caffeine is a stimulant whereas theanine in tea has a relaxing effect while also helping the brain focus.

Is this safe to drink while pregnant?
- I've been there before, worrying about what you can or cannot consume while growing a baby. Personally, I drank these teas after my 20 weeks once I got permission by my doctor. Every body's situation is different so I strongly recommend to consult with your doctor to get clearance on enjoying our delicious products!
Are your products certified organic?
- According to the US Drug Administration, in order to have the USDA "Organic" Label, a business must register with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and meet all the requirements. The registration process and fees can be lengthy and expensive for small businesses, however we work with trusted suppliers who have already gone through the process. You can see the list of our certified suppliers here. Don't worry though, we will keep you posted on our certification journey!
