This matcha is one of the best I’ve tried it’s not bitter like at all and it’s pretty strong which I love it’s also very sweet?? I’ve never had a matcha like this and it’s very low in astringency and the color is nice!

A little goes a long way with this bag, 100 grams is a lot so I no longer have to ration those tin cans. I like that this is actually a tea powder blend with the barley grass tea so I'm not feeling overcaffeinated. It definitely has a more robust earthy taste with the barley grass and don't have to use as much since it's a fine powder.
I am a matcha fan and was thrilled to try Pink Tara’s Matcha Latte Mix. Just opening the package, you can smell the grassy notes of the matcha. The instructions to prepare are like how you would prepare any matcha drink— with a whisk. The powder does not clump— so this saves the additional sifting step. I’ve had other matcha mixes where I had to increase the amount of powder to get a stronger matcha flavor, but that also increased the amount of sugar added. This mix had sufficient flavor as followed in the instructions. Because this mix is unsweetened, you could decide how much sweetener to add. I enjoyed this drink.
This matcha is SO good! It’s very smooth and you can taste the quality. I highly recommend!
